Five easy tips to stay focused.

1. Create an easy-to-follow daily routine that suits you.

2. Turn off the notifications and if you want, you can also put the phone on airplane mode.

3. After studying for every 1 hour, take a break of 10 minutes. In these 10 minutes, stay away from the mobile, you can do some stretching or walking. 

4. Break your time in small time slots like 1 hour to 2 hours. And choose your best time to study like morning, afternoon, night.

5. Take a good sleep(6 to 7 hr) so that both body and brain will remain relaxed and will work well. And stay hydrated while studying, drink water every half hour, take a healthy food and in your daily meal add one fruit ,nuts and sometimes you eat also dark chocolate.
